My Mission

It is my passion to empower individuals and families challenged with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Executive Function Disorder (EFD).  My purpose is to help my clients move forward with their lives as they discover unique strengths they possess and successfully reach their goals and dreams.

My Story

I am a wife and mother to four grown sons.  I credit personal experience of living with family members diagnosed with ADHD as the catalyst for becoming a coach.  Shortly after one of my sons had been diagnosed with ADHD, I spent countless hours researching solutions to help him with focus, motivation, prioritization and other ADHD challenges. It would have been much easier if we had worked with a compassionate, understanding coach to provide education, structure and support.  I know I can make the path smoother for others by offering guidance and sharing my knowledge.

My Background

I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) Certified Coach with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Adult Education.  Prior to becoming an ADHD coach, I was a professional organizer for five years.  I have coach training with Jodi Sleeper Triplett (JST Coaching) and Mentor Coach LLC. I am a certified Sanity School Parent and Teacher Trainer.  As a lifelong learner, I continue to grow by attending professional conferences and training events. My personal and professional experience along with my education have provided me with the skills and the compassion to empower families to move forward.
