How Does Coaching Work?

Coaching is a collaborative relationship that offers clients strategies for positive change in a nonjudgemental, supportive environment. Together, we create new behaviors to successfully manage the ADHD challenges in your life.  If you're feeling frustrated, overwhelmed or stuck, then coaching can help you. 

Teens and Young Adults


Being a student can be stressful enough without the challenges of ADHD.  As your coach, I will partner with you to provide accountability, encouragement and skills to help you move toward your dreams.  You choose the goals you want to work on and we meet weekly for 30 minutes in person, by phone or Skype. Between sessions we have check-ins by text or phone for focus and reinforcement.  For coaching to be effective, it requires time, commitment and effort.  We continue to meet until you've reached your goals.
